SHIPPING POLICY

All items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.

PLEASE NOTE: Your estimated shipping time is on top of our processing time. 

 
Second class orders should be delivered within 3-5 days of dispatch, but although unusual, can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

Free UK shipping on all orders over £25

Standard UK postage under £25 - £3.50 
First class & express upgrades available

Standard European postage (tracked) - £13.50

Worldwide postage (tracked) - £15.50

All items are sent via Royal Mail 

UK postage - please allow 5 working days for standard delivery

International postage - please allow 7-9 working days for European delivery and 12-14 working days for worldwide delivery

If you have not received your item within 20 working days of dispatch, then please contact us. Within shipping guidelines we cannot claim for a lost package within this time frame. Please note we are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your order or simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order following the steps below:

Please note: personalised items, seconds, sale items & custom orders are non refundable

  • Returns requests must be via email to: info@yemayacollections.com

  • Returns address: Yemaya Collections, The Workshop, Bodilly Wartha, Trenear, Helston, TR13 0HA

  • Shipping fees on your order are non refundable.

  • We do not not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.

  • Items must be unworn & in the original condition & packaging. If it is not it will not be refunded & returned to the customer.

  • You must include your name & order number with your return.

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days to return your order to us. If it does not arrive within 14 days we will return it to you and not refund it.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot take responsibility for any items that are damaged during return shipping 

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 day of receipt of item.

  • You have 14 days to return the item to us. Any item that arrives after 14 days will not be exchanged.

  • The item must be unworn and in it's original condition, including in it's original packaging. Items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to you without exchange.

  • You must include your name & order number with your exchange.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non refundable.

  • Due to hygiene we do not accept exchanges on earrings.

  • We aim to send out all exchange items within 2 business days.

  • We are not responsible for any items that do not reach us.


    Faulty Items

     

  • We offer a six-month warranty on our items. Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • If you receive a faulty item, please email photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase to info@yemayacollections.com so that we may rectify the issue right away.

  • Please do not attempt to repair an item, as we may not be able to help further. 

Items bought at a market/event

  • All items are sold as seen at markets/events/pop up shops.

  • We do not accept returns on items bought at markets/events/pop up shops.

  • We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase but they must be unworn. and in perfect condition with original packaging. If a suitable replacement item is not available we will offer a credit note.

Items bought from one of our stockists
 

  • You must contact the shop that you bought it from to arrange a refund/return.
