Summer Market Team

Are you a dynamic and organised individual with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience? We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to run our summer market stalls in the beautiful West Cornwall region.

Days: 3-4 days a week 
Duration: May - September

Responsibilities:

• Set up, man and manage our summer market stalls

• Ensure stall is attractive and visually appealing

• Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service

• Work efficiently in all weather conditions and be comfortable with occasional long days

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail

• Work towards and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Exceptional organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proven sales experience

• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Reliable and able to commit to 3-4 days a week from May to September with weekend availability (normally Sunday)

• Must have own vehicle for transportation

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
